Science Graduate – School-Based Department RoleNear the New Forest, Southampton Role OverviewA well-regarded (Ofsted “Good”) secondary school near the New Forest in Southampton is seeking a Science Graduate to join their Science department on a long-term basis. This role is ideal for a recent Science graduate who is keen to gain hands-on, in-school experience and is considering teacher training in the near future. You will work closely with experienced Science teachers, supporting practical lessons and becoming an integral part of the department. This is an excellent opportunity to build classroom confidence, understand curriculum delivery, and gain valuable exposure before progressing into a PGCE, School Direct, or other teacher training route. The position starts as soon as possible and will run until the end of July 2026, covering a long-term staff absence.
