Flexible Teaching Across Primary Schools

Location: Southampton Area
Hours: 08:00am – 3:30pm
Start: ASAP
Contract: Temporary – Summer Term 2026
Pay: £140 – £170 per day

Are you a passionate Primary Teacher looking to gain experience across a variety of school settings?

We are seeking enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to support a range of schools across the Southampton area. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to work on a day-to-day, short-term, or long-term basis without the added responsibility of planning or attending staff meetings.

You will be responsible for delivering pre-set work, maintaining classroom consistency, and ensuring pupils continue to receive a high standard of education. Strong classroom management and a good understanding of the National Curriculum are essential.

• Open to both experienced teachers and ECTs


What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within Primary settings
• Strong classroom management skills
• Positive, adaptable, and energetic approach
• Good knowledge of the National Curriculum
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
