We’re seeking enthusiastic, qualified Secondary Science Teachers to join our supply team across Worthing and the surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4 (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics)

  • Inspire curiosity and encourage students to develop strong scientific knowledge and enquiry skills

  • Support pupil progress and maintain accurate assessment records

  • Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment

  • Work collaboratively with the Science department and wider school team

  • Follow school behaviour management and safeguarding procedures

Candidate Requirements

  • A degree in Science or a related subject (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or similar) (essential)

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (preferred)

  • Experience teaching Science at Key Stage 3 and 4

  • A genuine enthusiasm for Science and the ability to make lessons engaging and practical for all learners

  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
