Salary: £34,398 – £52,490 + potential TLR opportunities

Contract: Flexible (Full-Time, Part-Time, Temporary, or Permanent)

Are you a passionate Female PE Teacher ready to inspire confidence and a love of sport in your students?
Supply Desk is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher to join a forward-thinking secondary school in High Wycombe. This is an exciting opportunity to promote physical wellbeing, teamwork, and personal achievement in a supportive, inclusive environment.

About the Role:

As a Female PE Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4, promoting health, fitness, and participation in sport.

  • Encourage students to develop confidence, resilience, and teamwork skills through a varied PE curriculum.

  • Organise and support extra-curricular sports clubs, events, and competitions.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive, energetic, and inclusive PE department.


What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a teacher who is:

  • Qualified to teach PE (QTS/QTLS required).

  • Passionate about motivating girls to achieve their potential in sport and physical activity.

  • Able to deliver a variety of activities including athletics, dance, netball, and fitness training.

  • Committed to promoting equality, inclusion, and positive body confidence.

  • A team player with excellent communication and classroom management skills.

  • Newly Qualified Teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply – full support and mentoring are available.
