We’re looking for a Teaching Assistants (starting ASAP) who understands that schools aren’t just about lessons - they’re about confidence, patience, encouragement and the small moments that help children believe they can do something they couldn’t do yesterday. This role involves supporting teachers in the classroom, working with small groups and 1:1 pupils, helping children stay engaged with learning, and providing additional support for pupils who may need a little extra guidance. Location: Worthing & Surrounding Areas Salary: £92.63 - £110 (Depending on experience and qualifications and role requirements)
