We’re looking for a Teaching Assistants (starting ASAP) who understands that schools aren’t just about lessons - they’re about confidence, patience, encouragement and the small moments that help children believe they can do something they couldn’t do yesterday.

This role involves supporting teachers in the classroom, working with small groups and 1:1 pupils, helping children stay engaged with learning, and providing additional support for pupils who may need a little extra guidance.

You might be someone who:

  • Has experience working with children (schools, childcare, coaching or similar)

  • Is patient, calm and encouraging

  • Enjoys helping children grow in confidence as well as academically

  • Can adapt to the unpredictable nature of a busy school day

Teaching Assistants are often the people children remember most from their time at school - the ones who helped when things were difficult.

Contract: Full Time with Long term options

Salary: £92.63 - £110 (Depending on experience and qualifications and role requirements)
