Maths Supply Teacher – Secondary

Location: Crawley & Surrounding Areas Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time – Flexible Days Salary: Paid to scale – M1 to UPS3 or £130–£150 per day Hours: School hours (typically 08:30–15:30)

We’re seeking confident and adaptable Maths teachers to join our supply team across Crawley and the surrounding areas. Each day brings a new classroom, new students and fresh challenges — perfect for teachers who thrive on variety and want to keep their practice sharp.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering engaging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4

  • Creating positive, inclusive and well‑managed learning environments

  • Adapting quickly to different schools, schemes of work and class abilities

  • Supporting student progress, confidence and behaviour

  • Collaborating with school staff and following school policies

What We’re Looking For

  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Experience teaching Maths at secondary level

  • Strong classroom management and subject knowledge

  • Someone adaptable, reliable and enthusiastic

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

  • Ability to plan, deliver and assess lessons independently
