Supply Behaviour Support Assistant – Primary & SecondaryLocation: Crawley & Surrounding Areas Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time – Flexible Days Daily Rate: £89.05 – £110 Hours: School hours (typically 08:30–15:30) Support That Makes a Real Difference – Flexible, Impactful, Rewarding This Supply Behaviour Support Assistant role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on pupils who need extra guidance, structure and encouragement. Whether you’re experienced in behaviour support or looking to build your skills in a rewarding new direction, this flexible role allows you to support children across a variety of school settings. We’re looking for calm, confident and resilient Behaviour Support Assistants to work with pupils in primary and secondary schools across Crawley and the surrounding areas. You’ll help children manage their emotions, stay focused in lessons and develop positive behaviour strategies that support their learning and wellbeing. Your Role Will Include
