Supply Classroom Support Assistant – Primary & Secondary

Location: Crawley & Surrounding Areas Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time – Flexible Days Daily Rate: £89.05 – £110 Hours: School hours (typically 08:30–15:30)

We’re looking for friendly, reliable and adaptable Classroom Support Assistants to join our supply team across Crawley and the surrounding areas. Each placement brings new pupils, new environments and fresh opportunities to support learning in a positive and rewarding way.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting pupils in the classroom with learning, engagement and confidence

  • Assisting teachers with activities, routines and behaviour support

  • Helping pupils stay focused and involved throughout the school day

  • Providing one‑to‑one or small‑group support where needed

  • Creating a calm, inclusive and supportive learning environment

  • Adapting to different schools, year groups and classroom styles

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with children or young people (education, SEN, youth work, care or similar)

  • A patient, supportive and proactive approach

  • Confidence supporting pupils with a range of needs

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

  • Someone dependable, adaptable and ready to get involved
