Supply Learning Support Assistant – Primary & Secondary

Location: Haywards Heath & Surrounding Areas Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time – Flexible Days Daily Rate: £89.05 – £110 Hours: School hours (typically 08:30–15:30)

We’re looking for patient, reliable and adaptable LSAs to join our supply team across Haywards Heath and the surrounding areas. Each placement brings new pupils, new environments and fresh opportunities to support learning in a positive and rewarding way.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing one‑to‑one or small‑group support to pupils with a range of learning needs

  • Assisting teachers with classroom routines, activities and behaviour support

  • Helping pupils stay focused, engaged and confident throughout the school day

  • Supporting literacy, numeracy and social development

  • Creating a calm, inclusive and supportive learning environment

  • Adapting to different schools, year groups and learning styles

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with children or young people (education, SEN, youth work, care or similar)

  • A patient, supportive and proactive approach

  • Confidence supporting pupils with additional or complex needs

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

  • Someone dependable, adaptable and ready to get involved
