Required Skills and Experience

  • Prior experience in a support role in an educational setting (desirable, but not essential) 

  • Understanding of diverse student needs and school environments 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to form strong relationships with students and colleagues 

  • Flexibility to adapt and thrive in diverse school settings
