Are you a passionate, creative, and nurturing Early Years professional ready to inspire young learners at the very start of their educational journey?

We are seeking a dynamic EYFS Practitioner to join a supportive, child-centred primary school in Princes Risborough. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a progressive Early Years setting that values play-based learning, creativity, and holistic development.

About the Role

As an EYFS Practitioner, you will:

  • Deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYFS framework
  • Support children’s prime and specific areas of development, including communication, social skills, and early literacy/numeracy
  • Create a stimulating, inclusive, and language-rich environment
  • Use observations and assessments to inform next steps and personalised learning
  • Promote child-led exploration, curiosity, and independence
  • Work collaboratively within a high-performing Early Years team
  • Build positive partnerships with parents and carers

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in EYFS settings or has a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and child-focused with a genuine passion for early development
  • Skilled in phonics, early language development, and continuous provision (desirable)
  • A reflective practitioner committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences
  • Adaptable, proactive, and solution-focused
  • An excellent team player and communicator
  • Committed to safeguarding, inclusion, and wellbeing
