Position: 1:1 Behaviour Support Assistant (Ad Hoc) Supply Desk is a nationwide education recruitment agency specialising in Primary, SEND, and Secondary education. We work with a wide network of schools across Brighton & Hove, East Sussex, and West Sussex, providing both day-to-day supply and long-term staffing solutions. We are currently seeking reliable and resilient 1:1 Behaviour Support Assistants to work in schools across Eastbourne on an ad hoc basis. This role involves supporting pupils who may require additional behavioural or emotional support to help them access learning in the classroom. About the RoleAre you passionate about supporting children who need additional guidance and encouragement in school? We are recruiting Behaviour Support Assistants to work closely with individual pupils, helping them stay engaged, focused, and confident in their learning. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in behaviour support, SEN support, youth work, or mentoring, and for those who are patient, calm, and committed to making a positive difference in a child’s school experience.
