About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning both inside and outside the classroom.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide targeted support to pupils, including those with additional needs
  • Assist in delivering engaging and interactive learning activities
  • Promote confidence, independence, and resilience in pupils
  • Support the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management
  • Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
  • Build strong relationships with pupils and staff
