Position: Daily Supply Primary Teacher
Location: Uckfield
Hours: 08:30 – 15:30
Pay Rate: £19.20 – £22.30 per hour
Contract Type: Flexible / Day-to-Day Supply

Supply Desk is recruiting adaptable Primary Teachers to support schools in Uckfield and the surrounding East Sussex area on a flexible, ad hoc basis. You can choose to work across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.

About the Role:
Deliver engaging lessons, follow school plans where provided, and maintain continuity of learning in the teacher’s absence. Ideal for experienced teachers or ECTs seeking flexible work and varied classroom experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lessons across chosen year groups
• Adapt teaching to meet pupil needs
• Manage the classroom effectively
• Mark and provide feedback where required
• Ensure pupil safeguarding and well-being

Requirements:

• QTS
• Recent UK primary teaching experience
• Strong curriculum knowledge (EYFS/KS1/KS2)
• Flexible and reliable approach
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
