About the Role:

Supply Desk is seeking ECTs for full‑time, part‑time and temporary opportunities across local schools. As an early career teacher, you are in a strong position to secure roles that match your strengths and interests, and we work closely with schools in the Fareham and Gosport area that are specifically looking for enthusiastic ECTs for both long‑ and short‑term placements.

What We’re Looking For:

• ECTs looking to complete their first steps in teaching
• Someone who sets and maintains high expectations in the classroom
• An openness to working throughout KS1 and 2
• Enthusiasm to ensure that all learners are engaged and valued within the classroom
• Fully adaptive and inclusive

Requirements:

• A UK-recognised teaching qualification
• A current DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Full compliance with Department for Education guidelines
• A genuine passion for early years education and child development
