Pay: £100 – £130 per day

We are seeking confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Southampton.

The Role:

• Delivering pre-set lessons during teacher absence
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively
• Supporting students across a range of subjects
• Maintaining a calm and productive learning environment
• Encouraging student engagement and participation

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience working with young people
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• Flexible and proactive attitude
• Confidence working independently in classrooms
• Degree preferred but not essential
