  • Communicate warmly and clearly with children, parents, and staff to build strong, consistent relationships.
  • Encourage positive learning behaviours and early emotional resilience, celebrating every small achievement.
  • Help deliver playful, engaging, and inclusive activities that support early communication, social skills, and independence.
  • Observe and track children’s development, recognising progress and identifying when extra support may be needed.

What you’ll bring:

  • Has experience supporting young children and genuinely enjoys helping them learn and grow.
  • Builds warm, trusting relationships where children feel safe, understood, and ready to engage in play and learning.
  • Works closely with teachers and support staff, contributing ideas and keeping a positive, collaborative atmosphere.
