Behaviour Mentor (Full-Time) Supply Desk is delighted to be working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Slough to appoint a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Mentor. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive school community and make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people by promoting positive behaviour and supporting their personal development. This role would suit an enthusiastic and resilient individual with a passion for supporting students, building positive relationships, and helping young people overcome barriers to learning. The RoleAs a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with students who require additional behavioural and emotional support, helping them to engage positively with their education and achieve their full potential. You will collaborate with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and external agencies to ensure students receive the guidance and support they need to succeed. Key Responsibilities
