Contract: Full-time
Salary: £95 – £110 per day (dependent on experience)

Are you a kind, patient, and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a full-time role where you can make a genuine difference every day? We are working with a welcoming and inclusive school in Holmer Green who are seeking a passionate SEN TA to support pupils with additional needs in a nurturing and structured environment.

The Role

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to support pupils with additional needs
  • Provide 1:1 and small-group support tailored to individual learning plans
  • Support pupils with needs such as ASD, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties
  • Help create a calm, safe, and engaging learning environment
  • Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour
  • Support pupils both in and outside the classroom, including during transitions

  • Experience (or a strong interest) in supporting children with SEN
  • Calm, resilient, and confident behaviour management skills
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to adapt to pupils’ needs
