Are you a passionate Primary Teacher looking for flexible supply work in a welcoming school environment? We are working with a range of friendly and supportive primary schools in Lane End who are seeking reliable and enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to support across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

About the Role

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging, pre-planned lessons across the primary age range
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
  • Adapt confidently to different school settings and routines
  • Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
  • Maintain high standards of behaviour and safeguarding

You can choose from day-to-day, short-term, or longer-term supply, with full-time or part-time availability to suit your schedule.

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Confident teaching across the primary curriculum
  • A calm, flexible, and proactive approach
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Excellent communication and adaptability
  • A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning
