English Teacher – Long‑Term Contract (Potential Permanent)

Location: Chichester area Start Date: September 2026 Contract: Full‑time, long‑term with potential to become permanent Pay: £160 – £250 per day (dependent on experience)

About the School

This is a small, community‑focused 11–16 secondary school located on the coast just south of Chichester. The school is part of a well‑established multi‑academy trust and is known for its strong pastoral systems, inclusive ethos, and emphasis on knowing students well. About the Role

We are seeking a committed English Teacher to teach across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4from September 2026. This is a full‑time, long‑term role with the strong possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.

Ideal Candidate

  • Hold QTS or equivalent

  • Are passionate about fostering students’ confidence, communication skills, and love of literature
  • Enjoy working as part of a collaborative, values‑driven team
