Position: Full-Time Behaviour Support Assistant Supply Desk is an experienced education recruitment agency specialising in Primary, Secondary, and SEND staffing. We work closely with schools across East Sussex, West Sussex, and Brighton & Hove, providing high-quality staff to meet a variety of school needs. We are currently recruiting for a committed and resilient Behaviour Support Assistant to join welcoming and supportive school environments in Seaford on a full-time basis. About the Role Do you have a passion for supporting young people with behavioural and emotional needs? We are looking for empathetic and proactive individuals to work in schools across Seaford and surrounding areas. In this role, you will support pupils who may need additional guidance with behaviour, emotional regulation, or engagement in learning.
