Salary: £100–£165 per day (dependent on experience)

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will ensure continuity of learning during teacher absences by supervising lessons using pre‑prepared work. You play a vital role in maintaining a calm, safe, and productive classroom environment.

You will:

• Supervise classes across a range of subjects using set lesson plans
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Create a positive, respectful learning environment
• Support pupils with tasks and ensure work is completed
• Build quick, professional relationships with pupils and staff

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience working with children or young people (schools, tutoring, youth work, coaching, etc.)
• Confident classroom presence with strong behaviour management skills
• Calm, professional, and adaptable approach
• Reliable, organised, and flexible
• A genuine interest in education and supporting pupil development

No QTS required – full guidance and ongoing support provided.
