Location: Milton Keynes

Full time – Temporary to Permanent

£95 - £120 per day

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on students’ lives? Do you possess the skills to support students in overcoming behavioural challenges and fostering a conducive learning environment? If so, we want you on our team!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and group support to students with behavioural difficulties
  • Implement behavioural management strategies in collaboration with classroom teachers and support staff
  • Foster positive relationships with students, offering guidance and encouragement
  • Assist in the development and implementation of individualised behaviour plans
  • Monitor and document student progress, communicating effectively with teachers and parents/guardians

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with students with behavioural needs preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
  • A genuine passion for supporting students' social and emotional development
