We are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join a welcoming nursery setting in the Chichester area. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive team and help create a nurturing environment where children can learn, grow and thrive.

You will play a key role in supporting children’s early development through engaging activities and positive interactions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting babies and young children in daily routines and activities
• Assisting with EYFS-based learning and development
• Creating a safe and engaging environment for children
• Working with small groups and individual children
• Supporting children’s emotional and social development
• Building strong relationships with staff and families
• Promoting positive behaviour and wellbeing

What We’re Looking For:

• CACHE Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience working within an Early Years setting
• Understanding of the EYFS framework
• Caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
