Job Title: EYFS Teacher

Location: Aylesbury

Start: September 2026

Full Time: Temporary to Permanent

Salary: £29,344-£44,919

In this EYFS role, each day begins with creating a welcoming, calm environment where young children feel safe, settled and ready to learn. Through play‑based, hands‑on activities, you’ll support children in small groups and one‑to‑one sessions, adapting tasks to suit each child’s developmental stage. Working closely with colleagues, you’ll help children develop early communication, confidence and emotional regulation. No two days look the same, but every moment is focused on nurturing growth, curiosity and independence.

In this role, you will:
• Provide tailored support that meets each child at their developmental level, helping them feel secure, confident and motivated to explore.
• Build strong, positive relationships by communicating clearly and warmly with children, parents and staff.
• Promote positive learning behaviours and emotional development, recognising and celebrating progress at every stage.
• Support the delivery of engaging, inclusive and play‑based activities that encourage communication, social interaction and independence.
• Observe, monitor and track children’s development, identifying progress and recognising when additional support may be required.

What you’ll bring with you:
• Experience working with young children, along with a genuine passion for supporting early learning and development.
• A warm, nurturing approach that helps children feel safe, valued and confident in their learning environment.
• A collaborative mindset, working closely with teachers and support staff to maintain a positive, supportive team culture.
• The ability to observe carefully and respond sensitively, knowing when to encourage independence and when reassurance is needed.
• A willingness to learn and grow, with an open attitude toward training, feedback and early years best practice.
