Job Title: Primary Teacher

Location: Milton Keynes

Full Time: Temporary to Permanent

Salary: £29,344-£44,919

Your responsibilities:

  • Adapt and tailor teaching approaches to meet individual needs, ensuring all pupils, including those with additional needs, can access learning effectively.
  •  Communicate clearly with pupils, parents and colleagues to build strong, trusting relationships.
  • Deliver engaging, well‑structured lessons across the primary curriculum, making learning enjoyable, accessible and meaningful.
  • Support and encourage positive attitudes to learning, helping children develop confidence and resilience.
  • Monitor and track progress consistently throughout the academic year to ensure pupils fully understand key concepts.

Your ideal qualities:

  • QTS or qualifications in other relevant subjects

  • Has a clear understanding of the national curriculum, and is happy to follow it’s routine
  • Has experience working with children in a school setting and genuinely enjoys supporting them through practical, face‑to‑face learning.
  • Builds safe, trusting relationships with students.
  • Understands diverse perspectives, and listens with empathy and open-mindedness
