We are seeking a Primary Teacher to join a vibrant and welcoming Primary and Nursery school community in the Southampton area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is motivated by making a real difference, embraces challenge, and is dedicated to helping every child thrive.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Planning and delivering engaging and creative lessons
• Supporting pupils’ academic, social and emotional development
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Building strong relationships with pupils, families and colleagues
• Contributing to whole-school improvement and development
• Assessing and tracking pupil progress
• Upholding high expectations for behaviour and achievement

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• A passion for teaching and learning
• A child-centred approach to education
• Enthusiasm, resilience and adaptability
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A reflective mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
• Early Career Teachers and experienced teachers welcome
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
