Pay: £168 – £232 per day

We are seeking a dedicated MFL Teacher to join a supportive secondary school in the Portsmouth area. This is an exciting opportunity to teach engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 while encouraging students to develop a love for language learning.

You will help create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment where students feel motivated to achieve their full potential.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering engaging MFL lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Supporting students in developing speaking, listening, reading and writing skills
• Planning differentiated lessons to meet varying abilities
• Monitoring student progress and supporting attainment
• Encouraging confidence and enthusiasm for languages
• Creating a positive and stimulating classroom environment
• Contributing to departmental planning and activities

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong subject knowledge in Modern Foreign Languages
• Experience teaching within a secondary school setting
• Ability to engage and motivate learners
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• Positive, adaptable and proactive approach
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
