Salary: £100 – £150 per day

Schools across Aylesbury, Milton Keynes and nearby regions are seeking confident, adaptable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to support learning across Key Stages 3 to 5. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop classroom experience, support pupil progress and gain exposure prior to teacher training.

Responsibilities

• Lead classroom sessions in the absence of the class teacher

• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and maintain student focus

• Create a positive and well-managed learning environment

• Support pupils with their learning and engage them in tasks

• Uphold school behaviour policies and expectations

Essential & Desirable Attributes

• Experience working with young people or in education (desirable, not essential)

• Strong behaviour management and confident communication

• Adaptability across subjects and age groups

• QTS or teaching experience beneficial but not required

• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)

• Ability to provide two years of references
