The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated KS2 Teacher to join a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Aylesbury from Easter 2026.

This full-time temp-to-perm position offers the opportunity to transition into a permanent role following a successful initial period. You will play a key role in supporting pupils as they develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed for a successful move to secondary education.

You will be joining a collaborative and supportive team where creativity, innovation, and professional development are actively encouraged.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment with high expectations
Assess and monitor pupil progress, using data to inform future planning
Encourage independence, resilience, and critical thinking
Work collaboratively with colleagues to share ideas and best practice
Build strong relationships with parents and carers
Participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional development

About You
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching within Key Stage 2
Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and assessment methods
Passionate about inspiring and supporting young learners
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Reflective and committed to continuous improvement
