Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS Level 3 Practitioner looking to make a meaningful impact on children's early education?

A well-established nursery school in Radlett is seeking a passionate Early Years professional to join their supportive and friendly team starting in September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is creative, driven, and committed to nurturing the growth and development of young children in an inspiring and caring environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare

• Previous experience supporting children in Nursery or Reception settings

• A genuine passion for early childhood education and development

• Ability to plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate activities

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of high-quality EYFS activities that promote children’s learning and development

• Assist with planning, observation, and assessment of children’s progress

• Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to thrive

• Collaborate with colleagues to support each child’s individual development

• Maintain accurate records and contribute to the smooth operation of the setting
