Supply Desk are recruiting Early Years Teachers and experienced practitioners for exciting long-term opportunities across Worthing. These roles offer consistency, development, and the chance to transition into a permanent position.


🧩 What You’ll Do:

  • Support children in EYFS settings, including Nursery and Reception
  • Deliver creative and engaging activities aligned with EYFS standards
  • Foster communication, confidence, and independence
  • Support children with a range of needs, including SEN where required
  • Build a positive, inclusive classroom culture

🎯 We’re Looking For:

  • Early Years experience (teaching or practitioner level)
  • QTS (for teacher roles) or relevant childcare qualification
  • Understanding of EYFS curriculum and child development
  • A nurturing, proactive, and enthusiastic approach
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
