Are you a passionate Early Years Teacher ready to make a lasting difference at the very start of a child’s educational journey?

Supply Desk are working with welcoming and nurturing early years settings across Worthing, seeking dedicated EYFS Teachers for full-time, long-term roles with the opportunity to go permanent.

🧸 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Delivering engaging, play-based lessons in line with the EYFS framework
  • Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
  • Supporting children’s social, emotional, and educational development
  • Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and staff teams
  • Tracking and supporting pupil progress where required

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience within EYFS or Nursery settings
  • A nurturing, creative, and adaptable approach
  • Strong behaviour management and communication skills
  • A genuine passion for early childhood development
