Your Role

• Supporting children aged 3 months–4 years with hands‑on, engaging learning

• Bringing creativity and energy to activities, routines and play

• Building strong, trusting relationships with families

• Contributing to a positive, forward‑thinking team culture

• Tracking children’s progress and celebrating their achievements

You’ll Need

• Level 3 Early Years qualification

• Experience in a nursery or early years role

• A proactive, enthusiastic, child‑centred approach

• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
