Pay: £168 – £260 per day

We are looking for a Science Teacher to join a well-supported secondary school in the Salisbury area. This long-term opportunity offers an immediate or September start, giving you the chance to deliver high-quality lessons and support students in achieving strong academic outcomes.

You will play an important role in creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment where students are encouraged to explore, question and succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
• Encouraging curiosity and critical thinking in students
• Contributing to lesson planning and curriculum development
• Tracking student progress and implementing strategies for improvement
• Supporting learners of all abilities to reach their full potential
• Maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment
• Contributing to departmental improvement and success

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong subject knowledge across Science (Biology, Chemistry and/or Physics)
• Experience teaching in a secondary school setting
• Ability to motivate, challenge and inspire students
• A positive, proactive and reflective teaching approach
• Commitment to delivering high-quality education
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
