The Role

In EYFS, every moment matters — from first words to first friendships. This role is all about creating a safe, engaging, and inspiring environment where children can explore, discover, and grow.

You’ll be:

  • Creating a stimulating, play-based learning environment that sparks curiosity

  • Observing, assessing, and adapting activities to support individual progress
  • Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

Ideal Candidate

You’ll likely:

  • Have experience teaching in EYFS or a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
  • Hold QTS or a relevant qualification (unqualified teachers also welcome to apply)
  • Be creative, patient, and enthusiastic
  • Be confident in managing a classroom while maintaining a nurturing approach
  • Work well as part of a team and adapt to different situations

Benefits

  • A supportive and welcoming school environment
  • Part-time flexibility to suit your schedule
  • Competitive pay rates

  • Opportunities for professional development and future roles
