Role: Behaviour Mentor Supply Desk is working with schools in Haywards Heath and the surrounding area to provide additional behaviour and pastoral support for children who need extra help with their social, emotional or behavioural development. We are looking for individuals with experience supporting young people, either in education or through other relevant roles, who are passionate about helping pupils feel safe, supported and ready to learn.
