Location: Worthing & Surrounding Areas 
Contract: Full Time – Long Term 

Salary: £120 – £130 (Depending on experience and qualifications)

We’re seeking enthusiastic, qualified secondary Teachers to join our supply team across Worthing and the surrounding areas. Each day brings a new classroom, new pupils, and fresh opportunities, ideal for teachers who thrive on variety and enjoy bringing creativity into their teaching. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons

Inspire students to achieve their full potential 

Support pupil progress and maintain accurate assessment records 

Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment 

Work collaboratively with the department and wider school team 

Follow school behaviour management and safeguarding procedures

Candidate Requirements: 

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (preferred) 

Experience teaching at Key Stages 1-4

A genuine enthusiasm for Maths and the ability to make it engaging for all learners 

Strong classroom management and communication skills
