Hours: Full-time (term-time)

Pay: £168 – £232 per day

Are you an enthusiastic PE Teacher with a passion for inspiring students through sport and physical activity?
Do you have the ability to encourage confidence, teamwork and a positive attitude towards health and wellbeing?

We are seeking a motivated PE Teacher to join a supportive secondary school in the Southampton area. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver engaging Physical Education lessons across KS3 and KS4 while promoting participation and achievement for all students.

You will play a key role in creating a positive learning environment where students are encouraged to challenge themselves and enjoy physical activity.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering engaging PE lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Encouraging participation, teamwork and resilience
• Supporting students of varying abilities to achieve success
• Promoting healthy lifestyles and physical wellbeing
• Contributing to extracurricular clubs and sporting activities
• Maintaining a safe and positive learning environment
• Supporting departmental initiatives and curriculum delivery

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong subject knowledge in Physical Education
• Experience teaching within a secondary school setting
• Ability to motivate and inspire students
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• Positive, proactive and adaptable approach
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
