What You’ll Be Doing:

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
• Supporting pupils to make strong academic progress
• Creating a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
• Assessing and monitoring pupil progress effectively
• Adapting teaching to meet the needs of all learners
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and contributing to school life
• Promoting high expectations and a love of learning

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Clear understanding of effective teaching and learning
• Passion for primary education and child development
• Ability to inspire, motivate and engage pupils
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to continuous professional development
• Enthusiastic, proactive and reflective approach
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
