Salary: £120 – £140 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)

We are working with a range of supportive secondary schools across Worthing that are seeking dedicated SEN Teachers to help students with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and other additional needs thrive both academically and emotionally.
👩🏫 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across KS3–KS4
- Adapt teaching to meet a wide range of SEN needs
- Create a structured, inclusive, and supportive environment
- Work closely with SENCOs, TAs, and wider school staff
- Support pupils’ academic progress and emotional wellbeing
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- QTS or relevant teaching experience (preferred)
- Experience supporting pupils with SEN in a secondary setting
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- A proactive, patient, and adaptable approach
