    We are working with a range of supportive secondary schools across Worthing that are seeking dedicated SEN Teachers to help students with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and other additional needs thrive both academically and emotionally.

     

    👩‍🏫 What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across KS3–KS4
    • Adapt teaching to meet a wide range of SEN needs
    • Create a structured, inclusive, and supportive environment
    • Work closely with SENCOs, TAs, and wider school staff
    • Support pupils’ academic progress and emotional wellbeing

     

    ✅ What We’re Looking For:

    • QTS or relevant teaching experience (preferred)
    • Experience supporting pupils with SEN in a secondary setting
    • Strong behaviour management and communication skills
    • A proactive, patient, and adaptable approach
