Salary: £29,344–£44,919

As a Secondary Maths Teacher, you will deliver structured lessons that develop strong numerical understanding and problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities
Teach Maths across KS3 and KS4
Deliver clear explanations of core topics
Support problem-solving and reasoning
Prepare students for GCSE exams
Track progress and provide intervention
Maintain structured lessons

The classroom environment
Lessons are consistent and structured
Students follow clear methods
Behaviour is calm
Learning is focused

Skills and experience
Strong Maths subject knowledge
Clear explanation skills
Organisation and planning
Confident classroom management
