Salary: £29,344–£44,919

As a KS1 Teacher, you will support pupils in developing literacy, numeracy, and confidence in a structured environment.

Key responsibilities
Teach KS1 curriculum
Deliver phonics and early literacy
Support early maths development
Maintain classroom routines
Track progress and support pupils
Work with mixed abilities

Learning is consistent

Skills and experience
Experience in KS1 teaching
Strong phonics knowledge
Organisation and planning
Clear classroom management

Reading and writing improves
Confidence increases
