SEN Teaching Assistant – Watford Location: Watford area Supply Desk is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school in the Watford area. This rewarding role involves working alongside teaching staff and the SEN department to provide tailored support for pupils with a variety of additional learning needs, helping them engage positively with education and reach their individual goals. Key Duties: • Provide targeted support for pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs The Ideal Candidate Will Have: • Previous experience supporting children or young people with Special Educational Needs (desirable) What we offer:
