Supply Desk, in partnership with Buckinghamshire Council, is seeking passionate and dedicated 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistants to join our team. About You
Are you committed to helping students with special educational needs thrive on a 1:1 basis? Whether you have experience supporting children with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, or other SEN, or you are beginning your career in education, we have roles suited to your skills. Our consultants will match you with placements where you can make a real difference.

Requirements
• Experience in a support role within an educational setting (desirable but not essential)
• Understanding of SEN and strategies to support students with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and learning disabilities
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and behaviour management skills
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
• Flexibility to work across different school settings
