SEN Teacher – Secondary (Flexible Supply Opportunities)

Location: Worthing & West Sussex
Contract: Flexible Supply – Day-to-Day / Short-Term / Long-Term
Salary: £120 – £140 per day

🎯 Your Role:

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3–KS4
  • Support pupils with SEN including ASD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
  • Quickly adapt to different school settings and classroom environments
  • Maintain positive behaviour and engagement
  • Provide feedback and handovers to school staff


✅ Ideal Candidate:

  • QTS or previous teaching experience
  • A genuine passion for inclusive education
  • Confidence working with secondary-age pupils
  • Ability to adapt quickly and build rapport
