Role: Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

£100 - £130 per day

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a highly regarded school in the Milton Keynes area. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment, supporting both teaching and learning while helping pupils thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the class teacher to plan and deliver engaging lessons, providing targeted support to individuals and small groups.
• Assist in creating and adapting learning resources to meet the diverse needs of pupils, in line with curriculum objectives.
• Support the assessment of pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and helping implement strategies for improvement.
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment through effective behaviour management.
• Provide tailored support for pupils with SEND or additional learning needs, adapting approaches to suit different learning styles.
• Contribute to the wider school community and take part in ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• HLTA qualification or equivalent is essential.
• Previous experience working in a similar school-based role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A genuine commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
