Pay: £95–£120 per day

Are you an enthusiastic and passionate EYFS Level 3 Practitioner based in Harrow and looking for a rewarding opportunity nearby?

A warm and welcoming nursery setting in Bushey—just a short commute from Harrow—is seeking two dedicated Early Years Practitioners to join their supportive team from February 2026. Following recent staff changes, the setting is looking for individuals who bring energy, reliability, and a genuine passion for nurturing children’s early development.

With excellent transport links from Harrow (including quick access via London Overground and local bus routes), this is a convenient opportunity for local candidates.

What We’re Looking For:

• A full Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare
• Experience working in Nursery or Reception settings
• A nurturing, enthusiastic approach and passion for early development
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality EYFS learning in line with the framework
• Support planning, observations, and assessments
• Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment
• Work closely with colleagues to support each child’s development
• Maintain accurate records and support daily operations

Interview Process:

• Child Interaction Session (30–40 mins): Engaging a child in a simple activity
• Formal Interview: With the Nursery Manager and Director
