Location: East Grinstead & Surrounding Areas

Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time – Flexible Days

Salary: Paid to scale (M1–UPS3) or £130–£150 per day

Hours: School hours (typically 08:30–15:30)

We’re seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Secondary Teachers to join our supply team in East Grinstead and the surrounding areas. Each day brings new students, new challenges, and fresh opportunities to inspire learning.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 (and KS5 where applicable)

• Creating positive, inclusive, and well‑managed learning environments

• Adapting quickly to different schools, subjects, and timetables

• Supporting pupil progress and promoting strong behaviour standards

• Working collaboratively with school staff and following school policies

What We’re Looking For

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Experience teaching in secondary settings

• Confident classroom management and strong subject knowledge

• Adaptable, reliable, and enthusiastic approach

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

• Ability to plan, deliver, and assess lessons independently when required
